Turns out the barn at Windrush Tu did not follow the design as approved in the planning permission granted. Luckily is lower shorter and narrower than the proposal although the lean too section makes the footprint much bigger. As its been up for over 4 years without any objection, and has been used for the original purpose of agricultural storage lets hope the planners pass it as lawful.
